In Summary:
STARTECH has created the" Rolls Royce" of Plasma Converters. Due to the exceptionally high temperature, the complete and irreversible destruction of all materials going into the converter will be achieved, needing no smoke stack for the escape of particulate matter. All molecules are broken down to their elemental and inert states. The total net output is the "Melt", the "PCG" Gasses, pure water from cooling the output, and large amounts of energy. The "PCG" gasses consist largely of Hydrogen, which is an ultimate green power source.
Lesser systems operating at much lower temperatures create by-product substances and gasses that need scrubbing, disposal or storage, which expands operating costs. The savings from a lower initial price will quickly disappear in additional back end disposal costs and net energy consumption instead of the generation of surplus energy.
